About the Opportunity

Recruitment Coach is growing, and is therefore seeking an experienced outbound Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join the team on either a Full Time or a Part Time basis (negotiable).

Working from the Taringa office, this is a research and telesales position, in which the successful candidate will search for and call suitable small-medium businesses across Brisbane. Your primary purpose will be to organise sales meetings for Recruitment Coach consultants.

You will also perform daily administrative tasks, such as recording calls and updating reports.

The successful candidate should have experience within a telemarketing and/or appointment setting environment, with fantastic communication and customer service skills.

Recruitment Coach is looking for highly motivated individuals, capable of working autonomously to meet and exceed targets.

You should be confident and competent in cold-calling prospects within the corporate sector, with an intermediate level of computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Word) and the ability to use an internal sales database.

Experience within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be joining an energetic and self motivated team. The organisation offers clients a consultative service through the development of long term relationships, and this telemarketer role is essential to the business in order to create an excellent first impression.
