Mossbourne is a 1,100-strong flagship Academy in East London for young people aged 11-18 years. The Academy has the potential to advance to 1,300 students following the admission of next years Lower Sixth Form.

About the Opportunity
Mossbourne Community Academy has a fantastic opportunity for a Head Receptionist to play a vital role in the future success of this growing school, based in Hackney. Please note; this role is term-time only.
This rewarding position will see you managing the reception area, whilst leading a high performance team to ensure a professional service is provided.
Reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer, your core duties will include:
- Providing administrative management and devising reception systems;
- Managing high profile visitors and adhering to security policies;
- Welcoming parents and visitors; and
- Fostering a positive team environment that supports staff development.

About You
Mossbourne Community Academy is seeking an outstanding individual to welcome parents and visitors. As the face of the institution, the right candidate will have excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to the values of the Academy.
Importantly, you will need to be highly flexible as you will interact with a
diverse range of individuals, from children to VIP's. In addition, you will be willing to work on a flexible shared-rota basis, ensuring the reception is manned between 7.45am and 5.30pm, whatever the weather.
All candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check.
