About the Opportunity
Recruitment Coach is growing, and is therefore seeking a full-time Marketing / Sales Support Officer to join the team.
The successful candidate will work as an "office lifesaver" , providing marketing, administrative support and sales support for the organisation.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with lead generation activities;
- Taking care of the website;
- Identifying and maximising publicity opportunities;
- Managing the client database; and
- Performing basic administrative / office duties, including answering the telephone.
Recruitment Coach is seeking a candidate with relevant experience, the ability to learn new things quickly, and a flexible approach to their work. Formal qualifications are not essential, although candidates with marketing / administration qualifications will be held in high regard.
You will need a fairly high level of computer literacy, and must be confident and proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. Experience using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will be highly regarded, but is not essential, as we can train you.
The role also offers many opportunities for liaison with colleagues and clients, and the position will suit a "people person" who enjoys interacting with others, and who has great communication skills.
The successful candidate will be joining an energetic and self motivated team. The organisation offers clients a consultative service through the development of long term relationships, and this telemarketer role is essential to the business in order to create an excellent first impression.
If you have the experience and the drive to excel in this role, you will be rewarded with a competitive, performance-driven remuneration package circa $35,000 - $40,000 .
Reporting directly to the MD, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telemarketer to work in a rapidly expanding business that strongly supports reward and recognition as an integral part of its work culture.
