About the Opportunity
Do you have extensive HR or Recruitment experience? Do people come to you for advice in how they should recruit and retain their staff?
Recruitment Coach is growing, and is therefore seeking an experienced full time Recruitment Advisor to join the team.
Working from the Taringa office, this is a business development role in which the successful candidate will build long term relationships with clients, and work with them across 3 key areas of people management: Recruitment, Retention and Reward. Your role will be to assist clients to not only source and select the right employees, but to also proactively work with them to implement employee retention and reward strategies.
Initially, your role will involve significant business development, as you build up an industry-specific client base, including plenty of outbound telephone calls, networking and identifying/qualifying leads.
The successful candidate may come from a range of professional backgrounds - a Recruitment Agency Consultant, an In-house Resourcer, a corporate Human Resources Officer, or with signficant business experience in running your own company, or a division in a large corporation. It is essential you have a Bachelor of Business or Commerce (any major), and demonstrated experience in practical application of HR & Recruitment principles. Your experience will also have provided you with a strong existing network of QLD business contacts.

The successful candidate will be joining an energetic and self motivated team in a rapidly growing business! You will be able to hit the ground running, as you receive comprehensive training to quickly get you up to speed on the Recruitment Coach methodology .
If you have the experience and self-motivation to excel in this role, you will be rewarded with excellent, uncapped earning potential, including a competitive base salary $45,000 + commission + profit share, giving a high performing candidate an OTE of $60,000 - $90,000.
Reporting directly to the MD, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment / HR professional to join a rapidly expanding business that strongly supports reward and recognition as an integral part of its work culture.
